WE ARE GOING VIRTUAL!
Friday, September 11th at 7PM
For the first time in our history, the American Cancer Society’s mission to save lives and reduce the cancer mortality rate is at risk. In a season of cancelled events, we remind ourselves that the fight against cancer can’t be cancelled, postponed or rescheduled. We will fight against cancer. 24 hours a day. 7 days a week. 365 days a year.
At the American Cancer Society, our first priority is safety, always.
In putting our values into practice, we will be going virtual for the 9th Annual Hope Gala on Friday, September 11th at 7PM.
The 40-minute program will feature a performance by our emcee, Philadelphia’s own singer-songwriter, Carol Riddick, our two Hope Award honorees, Joe Arking, Founder & CEO, Roger Wilco Liquors-WTSO.com and Mike Renna, President & Chief Executive Officer, SJI, as well as a virtual wine tasting with Certified Sommelier, Jimmy Quaile.

For more than 100 years, The American Cancer Society has been leading the fight to end cancer. With your support, we have helped usher in an era where more people survive cancer than ever before. By translating our research findings into action, we've seen a 20% decline in US cancer death rates since the early 1990s.
